Founded by Lucy, a holistic counsellor, meditation teacher, and reiki practitioner, Guid-ed offers transformative experiences that blend science with spirituality integrating somatic healing, mindset work, breathwork, and energy alignment.
Mental wellbeing isn’t about constant positivity, it’s about building emotional resilience, self-compassion, and supportive inner habits. This workshop explores how gratitude (when practiced safely and realistically) can support mental health, mindset shifts, and emotional regulation.
A practical yet nourishing session to support your mind, body, and nervous system.
This workshop will cover:
● Mental wellbeing, stress, and the nervous system
● Reframing gratitude beyond toxic positivity
● Guided gratitude & self-compassion practice
● Journaling: Growth, challenges, and what’s supporting you now
● Take-home wellbeing tools for daily mental support
● Gentle meditation, reiki and affirmation cards
Please bring along a yoga mat, a journal or notebook, pen, a blanket and a cushion if you would like to get extra cosy during the meditation element of the workshop.
