Blue Monday Laughter Yoga
A not so blue Monday
We are delighted to be hosting a one-off laughter yoga session on what’s known as the most depressing day of the year. We have teamed up with Wendy Chippendale who will be leading a 45 minute, guided laughter yoga session in The Riding School.
“Laughter yoga is a unique and impactful concept combining fun and playful laughter exercises alongside deep breathing techniques which are often associated with traditional yoga”. – Wendy
The 45-minute session features four steps including a brief introduction to Laughter Yoga including the signals used, laughter exercises combined with breathing techniques, laughter meditation, and grounding meditation.
This session is completely FREE for Raby Members and visitors who have already taken part in the Unlimited January Offer and is included with Park & Gardens tickets.
Here’s what to bring and expect:
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing – something you can move easily in.
- Socks, blanket, and a yoga mat – to keep cosy and comfortable during relaxation at the end.
- A drink of water – laughter is thirsty work!
- An open mind – come ready to play, release, and enjoy yourself.
