The final workshop focuses on rest, integration and reconnecting to self on a deeper level.

Themes include:

• Letting go of control
• Slowing down
• Spiritual connection & future self
• Presence & stillness
• Inner peace
• Integration of the series

This session will include deep relaxation, visualisation, meditation and an immersive restorative sound bath to leave attendees feeling grounded, calm and reconnected.

The intention of the series is to create a safe and supportive space where attendees can pause, reflect and reconnect to themselves through a blend of education, mindfulness and sound healing.

The Raby Reset sessions are part of a 4 part series based on the chakra system. They are designed so you can attend all four or also just attend one.

Each workshop focuses on a different chakra pairing and emotional theme, combining:

• Guided teaching & reflection
• Journaling prompts
• Meditation
• Crystal singing bowl sound healing

Make sure to bring along a yoga mat, a journal or notebook, and a pen. 

Please note that these sessions are ran in an informal relaxed setting in comparison to previous education focused workshops.
